When you are ready to make the plunge and purchase your new home, the first thing that you want to do is contact a mortgage lender to figure out what you are approved to purchase. Make An Offer
Once you and your Real Estate Professional have found your dream home, it is time to make an offer on your house. Your Realtor will make an offer on your house. If the offer is accepted, you can move on to the next steps.
The Closing
The closing date is the time that you sign the final contracts and receive the keys to your new home. The mortgage company will typically send a check or money transfer to the closing agent and the purchase of your home is complete.

The search for your dream home is an exciting time. It helps to make a list of things that are must have’s, for example, if the school district is important to you, start within that district.
